Volunteer: Be part of our ID design team!

Guests who have completed the requirements of the Impact Shelter Program are eligible to get their new home furnished and decorated by designers ! Along with our staff, the Impact Designer will interview the guest to find out more information about them and what their "dream home" would look like. The designer then "shops" at our warehouse and goes with the move-in crew on "reveal day." Every detail is kept secret from the future tenant until the place is fully decorated and furnished. Designers must also be available on their guest's move-in date.

This is essentially a WAITING LIST: By responding to this opportunity, you will be informed of upcoming move dates. This does not automatically ensure your spot. You will receive notice when a new move is scheduled that you can sign up for.

On the morning of a move, we need help loading up the box trucks (then unloading) with everything needed for the move! This typically begins at 9am and, depending on the size of the home, usually lasts until 1:30pm. *we provide lunch and water for all volunteers.

You get to help unpack and then watch the transformation. After all is said and done, movers/helpers/designers all get to witness the BIG REVEAL for the mission guests! We prayerfully welcome them into their new home and celebrate how their hard work has paid off!
